VIBE is more than a music festival: yes it may sound as a cliché, but we are actually making it true. Of course, we have everything a festival needs: five stages, 33 870 participants (in 2018, 45 000+ planned in 2019), more than 80 artists, Instagram- and Facebook-pages, devoted sponsors and organizers and a community of Hungarian youngsters who are really into it. But we have something more.
VIBE is a forum for young people to meet, get inspiration, learn something new and educate themselves about the future of our society. Driven by the first two edition’s success, we are preparing for the third VIBE Koli (in translation: VIBE College) with the most actual theme a conference can have in 2019: the differences between generations. But no, not the differences between us and our parents, but those between the kids growing up in the late 90’s, 2000’s and 2010’s. For the first time in Transylvania, we are discussing the situation of the 2010’s and VIBE is the best place for it, because our festivalgoers are between the age of 14 and 28.
